  • I remember being tired but no pain. I did a lot of walking in the hospital, I was up and at 'em a half hour after getting to my room and just kept walking to get the gas out. The constant burping was the worse part of it.

  • You don't have to use whey protein if you are a vegetarian, there are many options out there. As for whey protein, I also use Jay Robb's and have found it to be the best flavor and texture when using in things other than boring old shakes. @ Dianne - I've never had Jay's pp chunk up, you should try it in a shake.
