I remember being tired but no pain. I did a lot of walking in the hospital, I was up and at 'em a half hour after getting to my room and just kept walking to get the gas out. The constant burping was the worse part of it.

My favorite way to eat tuna is with fire roasted salsa and a bit of plain greek yogurt. I add a variety of spices depending on my mood - anything from your basic S&P to more adventurous stuff. The sky is the limit.

You don't have to use whey protein if you are a vegetarian, there are many options out there. As for whey protein, I also use Jay Robb's and have found it to be the best flavor and texture when using in things other than boring old shakes. @ Dianne - I've never had Jay's pp chunk up, you should try it in a shake.
