  • Some Keto breakfast muffins made with egg, almond milk, spinach, spring onion, tomato’s and cheese. They are absolutely delicious and will keep me going in the mornings for the rest of the week. Definitely find that preparation is the key. This morning I didn’t have anything in and grabbed a ridiculously calorific coconut…
  • Based in sunny Liverpool, UK. Feel free to add me.

  • I was doing really well, going to the gym 5 times a week, eating healthily and loving all the complimentary comments from friends and colleagues, then one night, I was severely assaulted, broke my cheekbone and eye socket, requiring surgery and suffered brain damage (fortunately not permanent), I've had longer term issues…

  • Hey, I used to be veggie and have decided that it where I want to go again. Try this for a delicious meal. I made it tonight and had it with some steamed broccoli and crusty bread. Still feels slightly decadent and was gorgeous! Vegan bourguignon 7fl.oz (200ml) vegan red wine 8oz (22g) carrots sliced 8oz (225g) onions…
  • Hello there, I've gone the other way to you. I was born and grew up in Bournemouth, but am now in the NW in Liverpool :-)
  • Well, I made this on Tuesday night for the first time, and have now popped another pot in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow (3rd day in a row). I have NEVER been a fan of eating breakfast, but this has totally changed my mind. It also keeps me pretty full up until lunchtime.
  • I've just made this using coconut milk and popped it in the fridge. I am going to try it tomorrow morning for the first time! Going to add some fresh blueberries :-)
  • I'm definitely up for this and I pledge to: - * Go to the gym or go for a run 3 times a week for at least 45 minutes. * Drink my 8 cups of water per day. * Not skip breakfast (I rarely have breakfast, so end up scoffing a whole heap of junk by 11am).
  • I've only been a member for 5 days, but already I can see that I rely too heavily on carbs and don't get enough protein. I very rarely eat meat, so mostly eat a vegetarian diet. Any suggestions on how I can eat more protein and less carbs? I already have beans and legumes coming out of my ears!
  • Only joined this week, currently living in Liverpool, although working in Manchester and from the South Coast originally. I get around a bit you could say!
  • Thanks, yes I am a Liverpool fan indeed, although don't get to the game as often as I would like.
  • Hi there, a stone is 14 pounds or 6.35 kg. We are still a bit archaic over in the UK.
  • Wow, thanks guys for all the comments so far. Yes, I am based in Liverpool, UK, so will check out that forum. I agree, I am going to use that photo for inspiration, although I made my friend delete it from Facebook, I still have a copy of it. I am feeling really positive about My Fitness Pal, the barcode scanner on the…
