I pledge I will :

Drink at least 1litre of water at my desk every working day.

Go to a Gym class once a week, and do my Wii fit twice a week.

Stick to my MFP goals every week day and maintenance on weekends.

    Hello All!

    1. Eat some type of fruit @ least once per day (very hard for me).

    2. Workout (@ gym or home) minimum of 3xs per week.

    3. Not to exceed my MFP calorie goals (especially sugar intake).

    Hello All!

    I pledge to:

    1. Eat some type of fruit @ least once per day (very hard for me).

    2. Workout (@ gym or home) minimum of 3xs per week.

    3. Not to exceed my MFP calorie goals (especially sugar intake).

    I recently started making my own protein shakes at home and let me tell you, so easy to get all my fruit and veggies in for the day!

    I'm definitely up for this and I pledge to: -

    * Go to the gym or go for a run 3 times a week for at least 45 minutes.
    * Drink my 8 cups of water per day.
    * Not skip breakfast (I rarely have breakfast, so end up scoffing a whole heap of junk by 11am).

    i was given the WII fit yesterday! What do you do on this, i haven't really looked at it yet...

    Theres alsort of stuff you can do, plug it in and give it a go!! There really good for non gym go-er's! :)

    2) Minimize carb intake to only whole grain or none.

    3) Incorporate 2-3 exercise per wk.

    1. Drink 75 oz of water everyday but especially on weekends (trouble area)

    2. Weigh and measure all my meals and report everything

    3. Exercise and burn at least 500 calories a day.

    My pledges- 1. to get my 3 workouts in every week even though i have to train
    2. to not eat chips and diet cokes on the weekends
    3. make myself stick to at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday except for strength training day.

    1- I will eat or drink every 2 hours and record my diet as much as possible.

    2- Walk- 60 minutes everyday.

    3- Choose protein over carb and low cal drinks over fruits and other snacks.


    Be 182 lbs by my 50th birthday on July 25th.
