Seems to be meeting all my pledges so far.
I actually drunk more than half my body weight of water on yesterday...YAY!
Ate some veggies & has actually worked out three days in a row.0 -
I pledge to:
1.) Eat 6 times per day. (3 meals, 3 healthy snacks)
2.) Do PT homework 3 times per week on non-PT days. (PT is 2x per week).
3.) Do my best to get my leg strong enough that I can ditch the brace before the challenge is completed.
4.) Do something active each and every day. No exceptions.
5.) Drink at least 8 cups of water daily. At least.
6.) Keep the momentum going! I've been doing good-- need to keep it up!
7.) Send or post a positive comment to someone at least once per day.0 -
Ok, my pledges are
1. Drink water only not diet carbonated drinks
2. Exercise every week day, outdoor fitness or gym. Bike ride and walk where possible, avoid car.
3. Reach 100 pounds lost and or 105kg on scales.0 -

I pledge to:
1) Work out at least 5 times a week.
2) Drink nothing but water or herbal tea (sweet tea is my weakness).
3) Be mindful of "special occasions" (I have a vacation, my sister's birthday, and a wedding in the next 5 weeks).0 -
I think I'll accomplish all my pledges. Today will be day #5 of working out, I am getting more than enough water & happily eating vegetables everyday...spinach is on the menu for lunch today.

I was able to get all my pledges in but one...didn't drink all the water I should've on Sat. & Sun. but I did manage to workout on these days. Still think I did great!
