I am up a pound this week and I know why - poor choices in snacks. Goals for this week: 30 DS 5-6 days (this is done in the morning) Some form of exercise at night - either walking or working in the yard Water... Water... What I am really proud of is how I am making better choices when going out to eat. Before I wouldn't even think about the sodium in the meal or the serving size. Now...
