I had really sore calves for 4-5 days, I kept on doing shred and they eventually stop hurting, never had another soreness tho. Keep up the good work!

I am from Australia, have a look at Kmart, they have some cheap exercise clothes.

I am on L2D6 and have had only one day off due to an injury, i also go to the gym 3 times a week and netball (kind of like basketball) twice a week.

Hi from Australia! I just found this thread. I am currently on L1D8, good to see I am not the only person who was in pain after the first few days. What size weights are you all using? I am using 5.5lb weight and find them a killer, especially the arm raisers with side lunge!! Good luck to u all.

It really depends on what sort of activity you do. I have done a lot of research later and have just ordered the Polar FT60, I will use this for strength training and cardio in the form of treadmill, spin bike and elliptical. When I run outside, I use mapmyrun app on my iPhone, so don't require a GPS function watch.
