I am 172cm (5'7"), 6 months ago my weight was 73kg (160lb) I now weigh 62kg (136lb) and have maintained around this weight for 3 months by playing netball 2 x week, running 4-6kms 1 x week, walking 3-5kms 1 x week and Jillian Michaels DVD 3 x week. My daily calorie goal is 1800ish.
-
I mix them with my breakfast cereal, along with sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, flax seed and psyllium husk.
-
I don't know the answer to your question, but personally I use my HRM to calculate exercise burn.

I have lost over 12 kg in 3 months this is what i did........I have a polar FT80 (with fitness test), i have MFP set as lightly active. I also put down that I would exercise 4 days per week for 30minutes. I then entered how much weight I wanted to loose per week. Then MFP calculated my daily calorie goal. I then used my…

Hi, I am happy to join in with your extra challenge, i will be going on an overseas holiday to sunny Bali over christmas so wanna look good in a bikini. However, I don't do miles, as i live in Australia I do kilometers ;) I will also not necessarily do daily running, I might walk or use my spin bike as my knees have been…

You burn less calories the fitter you get, as it takes more effort to get your heart rate up. I currently only burn 150-160 calories :( but for me, its all about getting fitter and healthier now.

L1D5 completed yesterday, along with a 7km run, feeling a little muscle tightness today. Will do D6 tonight while hubby looks after our 7 year old daughter and 3 of her BFFs while they have a sleep over  oh and our other 2 kids will be there to annoy everyone :explode: .....joys of being a parent
-
A running program called couch to 5kms, you can also get an app for your phone which coaches you while listening to music.
-
I am 5ft 8in, 138 pounds and quite fit. I burnt 164 calories yesterday.
-
My HRM showed 164 calorie burn
-
I will be jogging 6kms 2-3 times per week, spinning for 5kms straight after doing 30DS (have spin bike at home) and netball (sort of like basketball) 2 times per week. On top of doing daily shred, I will not take rest days as I don't feel I need them.....
-
If u have done 10 days straight on level 1, I would move up to level 2. A lot of people can't do "man" style push-ups.
-
Danaleeder, let me guess, the exercise that u couldn't finish were the side lunges with arm raises?
-
Have a look at Polar FT60, it's awesome! :)
-
You did only level 1 right? Cause there would be no way in hell that I could do one of each level on 1 day....
-
Enter your details from HRM under cardio, strength training and modify to your calorie burn on HRM
-
I also have te polar FT60, it is awesome!
-
Your diet has waaaay to much fat and processed foods!! Add sodium and sugars to your diary and have another look. Sorry to be so blunt, but you do not eat clean, there is hardly any fruit and veggies in your diary. You need much more fiber.
-
Calorie burn will depend on your weight, age and fitness. I wear a HRM and ranged from 160 - 190 calories burnt. As pp mentioned I logged it under circuit training. Come and join the October challenge of 30 day shred. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/8765-30-day-shred-oct-1st
