Way to go. I agree about having the friends as a boost for the confidence. I started this change on May 25, 2012 and I have lost 45 lbs as of today. Depends on a lot. When i started I lost 23 lbs the first month. I have been watching my dies since May the 25th I weighed in this morning I have lost 45 lbs.
