Wow I found that batter really thick. More like dough actually, so I thinned it out with some water, added a tbls of agave syrup and 1/2 cup of berries and wow were they good! Thinning it out made 4 supersize pancakes so it was 2 servings. (the other 2 microwaved just fine later).

Thanks for the tip and to the OP for the original recipe!

I did these for brunch this morning.
Used Total 0 yogurt, 1tsp baking powder and a handful of blueberries. It made a much thicker batter than I was expecting, as I have never made this style of pancake before. I got 5 pretty chunky pancakes and they were fantastic. So full now I shan't eat till tonight.
I put my version in the mfp recipe calculater, minus the blueberries, and the whole batter came to 312 calories.

Thank you. Not just for the original recipe but for inspiring me to cook it. Never tried anything like this, or cooked with yogurt. I shall now.

I discovered this recipe on Pinterest and it was delicious!

    Ingredients:
6 ounces of greek yogurt (I used Chobani non-fat plain)
    1 egg white
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup of flour

    Directions:
Mix the yogurt and egg white in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking soda. Combine all ingredients together and cook like you would regular pancakes. I added blackberries to mine :) Delicious! Flip them when they start bubbling on each side.

    Makes about 3 medium pancakes!

Here is the website I found them on:

Plain! Unless a recipe specifically states self-raising, always assume it's plain!

These are now my favourite breakfast, in fact I crave them randomly throughout the day. They're so filling and I always put some of my favourite jam on them and a bit of icing sugar and they're perfect!

These were fantastic! I got 7 or so pancakes, and added maple syrup! I cooked them in coconut oil, it gave it a better taste. Breakfast is my favourite meal, and I always want it to be perfect so while I was making these I was afraid they weren't going to turn out good, but personally I liked them better then regular pancakes!! They were big and fluffy and I'm so full.
