Wow...I'm gonna try these with Jersey Blueberries! Wondering if I can replace white flour with whole wheat flour??

Bump!! Can't wait to try these tomorrow! :)

On a side note, I've never found that protein powder mixes well to bake with. I've tried to add it to oatmeal before and it was a mess. Same with waffles.

  • These look delicious! Huge fan of Greek yogurt, definitely going to make them tomorrow morning before my workout. Question: is three pancakes the serving size, or is one pancake a serving?

YIKES! I never realized how much sodium is in baking powder. That is 1/2 of my daily allotment in one meal.

Oops, meant in baking soda. Going to try with baking powder (about 1/3 the sodium of the soda).

 I tried this recipie this morning. Only I used King Arthur Whole Wheat flour and added a little silk milk to thin it out some. I also used blueberries. It was pretty good, but I expect the white flour would make them taste better. However, I am trying to cut back my intake of all white flour products. With only a tablespoon of butter and a 1/2 serving of syrup they were more than edible. Total calories 600 / Carbs 85 (because of the syrup) / Fat 12 / protein 34 / Fiber 13. I will be doing this again. Thanks for sharing.
