I usually log after each meal. Keeping in mind I kinda map out the calories before my intake. Oh, and to be honest, I'm NOT the healthiest of eaters, but I try to stay within my caloric limit for that day. Sometimes I eat some of my burned calories back and on other days I do not....

Ok...Cool Beans if you can find it cheaper! Yes, it does. I set mine as soon as I begin working out. You can start it from the time you workout if you want. I use mine everyday and with every workout! Log onto QVC and read the reviews.

Hey Lady- Don't fret. I would also recommend dropping that liquid mess. I'd recommend small meals throughout the day...Say like 300-400 calories per.
