I'm well versed in calorie counting. I guess I'm just trying to get an idea of what could have caused such a dramatic/sudden change, assuming all other things equal.

Hello all, I would like to start JMBR this week, and I want to do the kickstart plan but I unfortunaltey could not work out this morning. Can I do Workout 1 and then Cardio 1 right after? Or does it have to be AM and PM?

Pretty embarrassed but here goes.... I am 5'6" 148-150 lbs 23 yrs old very not flexed here i thought it would be better to be relaxed but maybe i shouldve taken some flexed. Idk if this helps but my measurements are full bust: 38 waist: 29 hips: 39-40 thigh at fullest point: 23 anyway...
