  • I will be 21 in about 2 weeks, 5'9'" I started at 275 and am down to 198, in about 7.5 mos. still have 20 to go.. but if you would like some encouragement shoot me a request.
  • I know what you mean!! been there before. my suggestion is stay completely away from it all for atleast the first 90 days. After you've changed what your body wants to eat & have more self control, there is nothing wrong with grabbing a salad or grilled chicked no bun from your fav place ONCE and a while! GOOD LUCK!

  • you should try getting some frozen fruit & put truvia on it if it's not sweet enough. and I eat dessert for breakfast If im going to have it that day. then you have the sweets craving filled & ur moving around all day long to burn the extra calories oppose to eating cake after dinner
