I started at 275 & am now about 166-170 ! I am 5'8" started in 20-22 Jeans & now in a 9-11 ! It can be done ... dont give up!!

I have read a lot about this! I wish had read up before loosing 100 lbs!! LIFT WEIGHTS WHILE LOOSING WEIGHT! Cardio will let you loose weight fast but lifting & strength training during ur loss will help prevent extra skin!!

how about 4oz of talapia for 110 calories, some instant rice 3/4 C for 160 calories & 1 C green beans for 40 cals Or Tuna & mixed veggies or on a bed of lettuce 1 tbsp pb & banana sandwich on toasted sarah lee wheat bread 45 cals each slice = 275 cals total

I use my scale but it only has weight and have been using a measuring tape. I always feel like I am not in the same place though or if I am to take in to consideration extra skin.... I guess because my arms were much larger at one point that i something I will be working on for quite a while...

well I feel leaner thats for sure but my waist measurements have not changed, just my hips by 2 inches ... what would u suggest the best way to track BF%

First I would say to make sure you eat a plentiful breakfast before hitting the road & try to get in a workout before also. Take raw veggies, that is a must! take baby carrots, precut peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower. Maybe a few hard boiled eggs. 100 calorie snack pack. natural pb with wheat bread for a more fufilling…

5'9" weight 173 and would love to get down to another 10 lbs but what is more important to me then weightloss at this point is bulding muscle & toning my body! already lost 102 since starting this journey & 119 all together so my body needs work before anymore serious weightloss is done!

I would say burn atleast 1050 calories a day, eat tons of raw veggies & fruits make sure your getting atleast half of your weight in oz of water!! never eat past 8pm while trying to obtain this short term goal & cut out sugar. some ppl may even suggest paleo for the short time! if that doesn't work then there is always…

I am also doing 30 DS. today I start day 6 & am finally able to move without feeling sore too LOL. I guess Im not the only one! I havent lost weight or taken follow up measurments yet but I do feel my stomach shaping!

I do too ! same exact timing !! I just keep my eyes closed and conetrate on breathing while switching. considering you know whats coming up, theres no need to really watch the screen for it!

yea you can burn about 550 calories on the elliptical in 45 minutes, so that is a great 45 min workout.! if you have small 1-4lb weights try using them instead of the arm pieces. great for toning.
