I would love to christmas sounds great to me. I would like to loose 25 to 30 pounds by christmas my current weight is 251.8 so lets make it a nice round number I would like to be 220 by christmas. I have posted an updated photo as of today.. Thanks I think this will really help to drive me.

It depends on what you order chicken and peppers is good as long as you don't pile up on the cheese and mayo and a 6 inch with a side of apples or yogurt is much better than a foot long.

Walmart has some really nice tech material work out tops that are super comfortable and if she doesn't like form fitting just get her one size bigger and she will be super comfortable while lifting her weights. Good luck.

try the hostess 100 calorie cupcakes they are yummy and won't eat up all your calories. The dove dark chocolate is good to but make sure you only get 1 candy bar so that you can't bing later. Good Luck!

Try making some grilled burgers that are about 2 to 3 oz in size. Using the grill is really the healthiest way to cook it and get alot of the fat out. Browning it in the pan just cooks it in its own fat and thats not good at all. Good luck

I looked at your food diary and it doesn't look like you are eating enough. Try adding some fresh fruits and veggies. Especially fruits will add healthy calories and nutrients your body needs.
