My goals are set at losing 1.5 pounds a week and I am 12 weeks into this and have 18 pounds so far. Seems slow to me but if you do the math its right on schedule. I can't complain. I want to make a lifestyle change and be aware of what and how much I eat. I don't try to deprive myself either.

Okay as stated earlier in this thread, I tried the 'cookies n cream' protein drink from Giant Sports the guy gave me today. Mixed it with 2% milk and it was Delicious! No really. It was great. I can imagine adding crushed ice, coffee, or even a banana to it in a blender and it would be like some kind of a luscious dessert!…
