Gum and working out... Everytime i got a craving i would mimick wherever i would go to have a smoke... and chew a piece of gum instead when it was really bad i would just go for a walk/jog Surround yourself with people who don't smoke because most cravings are initiated by seeing/smelling smoke cravings only chemically…
