Yeah, I'm usually wearing shorts so the clothes can't be the problem :-/ It's kind of frustrating because it's a MASSIVE amount of sweat, not just a little wetness but like... streming down my legs making the floor slippery amount... lol

You should really watch your sodium, that fat i'd not be OVERLY worried about (though there are easy ways to alter that to make it work in your life) but too much sodium can cause you to retain more water weight.

I also do the p90X videos, I'm not sure the schedule for your upper body, but are you incorporating the yoga and/or stretch X videos into your program?

No, technically nearly everyone agreed with this person...Yes, it does technically burn more calories...but it's the 'how much' that's the point they all took. The amount is so low that it really isn't worth it unless you just happen to like to drink freezing cold water and over a year you might burn off half a pound

You got nothing that day... you should really pay attention to the entire recommended intems for the day not just your calories, such as vitamins and other neccesary nutrients your body needs

Just as a hint I've found a LOT OF FOODS that i thought were 'healthy' were actually REALLY HIGH in calories, sodium, or sugar!!! They can be deceptive, for instance... Raisins... most people view those as healthy... there are something like 20g of sugar in 1oz of them!!! Read your packages... stuff can be scary high in…

Yeah i take a calcium and multivitamin -if you can find a multi that does both that'd be great- and then a protein powder because it is sooooo important for muscle growth

Best way to fix taht first one is to cook in massive quantities and portion it out and put it in the fridge/freezer...that way you only cook once/twice a week...

I dont... lie.. persay... but once a week my family and I -who are all in it together- have a 'cheat' day.. where we don't log our foods and get to indulge a little ... we still eat pretty healthy... just.. well we get that fudge bar we've been craving all week... or that cheeseburger... a nice cheesy omelet...mmmm ....…
