Sweat.... ew
Okay, so, I've noticed that when I work out the first place i start to sweat is the FRONT of my knees and my shins... I don't have a problem with getting sweaty, but... is this normal? 'cause I'd never heard of it before... I tried some google and other people had never heard of it...

To Yoga or Not To Yoga
I truly LOVE doing Yoga, and I like to do it everyday. Is there a downside to the idea of doing an hour to an hour and a half of yoga every evening before bed? Will it cause me to hit a wall in my training/toning?

Okay, I just got on here and the only real work out videos i know of are the p90x videos, which are fantastic, but I see other girls talking about soooo many other programs and they use shorthand etc and I can't really tell what it is they're talking about... Could i get any info?
