Hi, I woke up this morning feeling completely miserable... but I'm doing so well staying on my plan and on track that I really don't want a day of complete laziness... any suggestions to pick me up or keep me on track?

i had the flu last week. there was no way i could stick to low carb. my throat hurt so i just swallowed what i could. yogurt, popsicles, soup. my calories were reeeeeally low though.
for exercise, just go for a walk if you insist on something.0
