I was never a part of this, maybe in August. I am at 112.1 miles for the month. I've done some travelling otherwise I would probably have reached 150. I'm aiming for 130 to end the month.

I'll be running my first half marathon in September (Air Force Half Marathon). I've ran an 8K and a 5K so far this year and will start my training for the 1/2 on Sunday. I currently run 20-25 miles a week, usually running 3-5.5 miles at a time. I'm excited to up the tempo on my training.

A lot of junk food that you eat adds up not only because of the high calorie content, but at least for me it doesn't fill me up. I recently rewarded myself for beating my 1.5 mile time by eating at Five Guys. I easily ate 1800 calories in 10 minutes and I was still hungry afterwards.

Congrats, I'm planning my first half marathon in September. I ran an 8K last weekend and will be doing a 5K in 3 hours.

I love them. I have a pair of Bikila and KSO. I run in them almost everyday. I just ran my first 8K in them this past weekend, did my Air Force PT test in them today, and will run a 5K in them on Monday.

You can definitely go into starvation mode and continue to lose weight. The question is, can you keep off the weight? People who seriously want to change their lifestyles shouldn't attempt to go into starvation mode.
