Exercise Folly
I had a 5K, I was going to run this past weekend. I ended up showing late for it and could not run. The deal is I showed up 2 days late and no one was there. It was not only a waste of money, but also evidence of my growing dementia. I ended up running closer to a 9K as punishment for it. Just thought I share.
