Your ideal body weight is around 130. Roughly 100 lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs per inch after. BMI is at around 23 now.

Sharp pain, never good! If it is achy, sort of soreness then maybe not as serious. Listen to your body. if it persists then of course consult your physician.

Great!!! Have been trying to lose 10-15 lbs more to goal. Have not been successful for the last 8 weeks but able to fit now in my pre-pregnancy pants and shirt. Just showing some muffin tops I really have to work on!

You look good! Great job! I'm down 36 lbs since I started in January following WW points plus. Have plateaued over a month ago and started Insanity work-out. I'm on my 5th week, and lost a measly 2 lbs. But I'm feeling my body getting stronger and tighter. It's soooo hard to lose that last 5-10 lbs. Any pointers?
