does it have to be the gym ? you can get just a good workout by walking with them ,get the buggy and one of though's toddler trays that the 3 year old can stand on and walk it just as good and when you tone exercises involve them in it you can get a good toned arms and chest laying on your back and lifting your little ones…

great to know your getting yourself sorted and its great that you have somebody that loves you but the most important thing is you learn to love yourself exercise would be good for you i don't mean hammering a gym just get out and walk you feel how much better you will feel after

be careful this way can be boring if you have trouble eating standard meal times break it down to a few smaller meals as long as you don't do without the calories amount your allowed .

to start if you have lamppost try walk to one and jogging to the other as a build up but whatever you feel comfortable with just feel proud your having a go

fantastic well done you some thin people don't always get the internal struggle we go through but i'm proud off you to just explain to them how you feel about yourself but also well done to them that they just didn;t just dump you but stayed with you remind them that there support is important to you as well

Yep starting over as well reset today played with losing weight last year could give a thousand excuses why but in the end you have to be honest with yourself and stop shoving food in your mouth and there is only one person to blame and that's me . really pleased and envious of my sister and friend that have lost weight…
