Do the best you can and have a lighter meal later. Weight loss is a journey and while we take one day at a time, it's the big picture we need to focus on. Good Luck :smile:

I find protein to be a huge help. My husband lost a ton of weight using a protein shake (Shaklee) and since I am not a breakfast eater but then would be so hungry mid morning I would over indulge on snacks that I now use these shakes and they fill me up until lunch and I am not starving!!!
