I think that you should at least try to do 1 or 2 more push-ups everyday. You can't really expect change when you do the same thing. "Insanity: doing the same thing and expecting different results. "

On the weekends, my "breakfast" is usually after my workout and consists of eggs with veggies, toast and milk. (8eggs, 4 slices of toast and 2 cups of milk).
