This is my second week on Alpha and I am definitely feeling and seeing a difference! It's a challenge for me but I don't give up and I push myself even when I'm tired.

I'm addicted to my George Foreman grill. It is amazing! But you are right. I just always sent myself on guilt trips because I ate desserts. Not all the time but sometimes.

That's been my problem and then I start to miss the foods that I gave up and I cave in once I get stressed out.

The thing about meal plans is that I'm in the military and I live in the barracks so I eat at our cafeteria. I can decide what I eat from what they serve. I could save up and buy my own foods but the only things I can cook with are a microwave, a stove with no oven and a george foreman grill.

Well last year was when I gained 30 pounds. I had to deal with three deaths and adapt to a new lifestyle that is very very stressful. I love Zumba. I work out in the mornings with my command and then after work it's all about the Zumba. I started out doing the class but now I stick to my Xbox connect just because I have a lot of things going on.

I don't know about the Wii but I have the Kinect and I love it!!! I also have the Zumba Rush and about to try out Zumba Core. Love the Rush so far.
