I never considered giving up my diet cokes but after reading this I think I will. I have at least 1litre of diet coker per day and get moody without it. I also have sweeteners in my coffee so I think i'll try give those up too. It should save money too - so long as I don't find another addiction to take its place!

amazing weight loss for 5 months, It is fast but you have done this with exercise and cutting portion size so how could this be anything but the only way to do it. You've obviously lost fat and gained muscle. Well done you're an inspiration to the rest of us.

what exactly is the p90x and is it something that you have to do everyday? I've heard lots of talk about on mfp but not sure its available in the uk. Do you need lots of equipment for this too, I live in a small house with limited space for exercise.

@tonya, like you I find it annoying that you can't ff the dvd to the circuits. I start the next exercise before it starts too, i've also noticed natalie looking bored of the exercise or slacking off when camera not on her, i've just finished my first full 30days but am going to continue but will do diff sessions each time…

I always get up and exercise first thing without eating, I do the 30ds and then go for a 3 mile run. I eat with my two girls before setting off to school.
