I recently used it on a grilled cheese sandwich, as I had run out of tomatoes and didn't want it plain. It was interesting, but I'd rather eat them plain as the cheese masked the fabulous taste of the avacado!

I eat Egg Whites with cheese every morning and can wait at least 3 hours before I get hungry again. If I eat cereal, I'm hungry sooner. I've tried it, tested it, and every time I realize that eggs (protein) stays longer.

We did shot glasses with our names and date, filled with custom M&Ms in our colors with our names/love sayings imprinted on them. We ended up with some leftover, but overall our friends loved them!

We broil lobster tails and they are usually so sweet I don't even use butter. I also like to boil one to cut up in my salad. I want to find a slimmed down version of lobster bisque, just don't know if that's even possible! Enjoy.

Chili's Quesadilla Explosion salad was always my favorite, until I looked into it just prior to ordering....... I recall that it was almost my entire 1200 calories IN ONE BOWL... changed my order that day and never went back.

I too was addicted and had to decide to only go there on special occasions... Here's what I order: Grande, 2 pump, non-fat white chocolate mocha, no whip. As long as I exercise and know that I'll be consuming this, it's ok once in awhile! They usually put 5 pumps of white chocolate in, so 2 pumps helps save a bit!

I started using a smaller plate, like a salad plate for all meals. It gets full looking very fast with smaller portions, and you can feel good when you clean your plate!

I eat Egg Whites every morning, with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. I am usually full for hours and will eat a piece of fruit with it if needed.
