I have made Salsa Turkey Bugers they are good Just add in some salsa. mild, or hot whichever you like. then I coat them with French's fried onion. I eat mind without the bun to cut back on calories. but you can if you prefer. I've also have put ground cook turkey on pizza i make myself w veggies on it. Just a few i do with…

Hi Sory I've been MIA for awhile just had alot of stress in the last 2 weeks, and I did gain back 6 pounds, not happy with that. But, i back on track and not throwing in the towel. Just pick myself up and keep going :smile: :embarassed:
