The most I've weighed is 178...I lost 20 and got stuck, that's when I started MFP. I'm now down to 136! My goal...129? But I know me, I might get to 129, and think I could loose another lb or 2.

I completed the C25K program and loved it. Moving the work out from the treadmill to the road was hard. It’s almost like starting over again. But, I ran my first 5K last May. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you.
