Depends how rich u want it... I usually do 1/2 cup yogurt, 1-2 tblsp peanut butter.

My favorite combination is 0% Greek yogurt with peanut butter, whip it till you get a moose texture..... healthy, protein filled dessert!!! luv it!!!

Even here in the US it is hard to find.... I always have to order online!!! The powder peanut butter is great for making shakes and other recipes. However, for spreading over bread or dipping fruits in I always still prefer the good ol' full of fat natural peanut butter!!! Good luck and Enjoy!!!!

OMG I absolutely love Ezekiel brand!!!! I eat the Cinnamon bread just about every day (just check my food diary). I also like their other products like the wraps and cereal!!!! It is so much better than eating regular whole wheat bread. Don't hesitate to buy Ezekiel bread and just enjoy the great hearty taste!!!!
