I'm sure most, if not all of this was water retention, but just since I have been back on the cut (this is my fourth day), the scale has gone down a couple of pounds. I realize this might not be actual fat loss, but just to know that the bloating is going away feels good!

Wow! You can see a big difference, especially in the side view! You should be so proud of how far you have come! It is so nice to see others doing EM2WL and having such great success. Also, I just looked back through my diary and realized there were many days in the last couple weeks where I went over my cut value. I have been under the impression that you are supposed to eat back calories from exercise, no matter the amount! I don't know how I missed this :/ This could be one reason why I haven't had…

This might be a dumb question, but do I factor in my exercise when logging calories? Let's say I total 2600 calories, but I burned 300 with exercise. Do I need to eat back those 300 calories?

The new stats put my cut value at 2289. My TDEE without a cut is 2693.

This makes me feel soo much better! I have plateaued with my weight loss for the last three weeks or so. It can get so frustrating thinking I'm not making any progress, but hearing this reassures me that I am still headed in the right direction and the scale will budge eventually! Good job, by the way!

Thanks so much for the input! I usually get around 135-150 grams of protein a day so at least I am doing good in that respect. I probably just need to cut back on the processed foods, as I know some days I go way overboard. Thanks again for the advice and I did friend request you!

I have not done a metabolism reset. I have done lots of low cal diets in the past and obviously that didn't work. Thank you! Yes I did link to that site and input everything. I think I have it figured out now! So I will increase my calories a little making sure to go above my BMR but under the TDEE. Hopefully that will help!
