Thanks everyone I think I've got it figured out I didn't realize there were multiple options for the same activities I choose a different one and it comes up as 300 burn for 60 mins of walking 2.5 which is much more believable lol thanks for all the help!

I was 263 at my biggest and 250 when I joined this site I'm currently 233 and have been looking for friends as well . I'd love to help
