And today - total fail. I gave into temptation/peer pressure. I estimate I've eaten 100ish g of carbs, but only about 1.2K of calories. I'm not hungry, so that's something. Tomorrow is another day...

I'm trying to eat intuitively, so I don't mind going even 500 calories under so long as my macro percentages are right. My macro goal is 5% carb, 75% fat, 20% protein by calories.

I got to 96 today. I'm trying to add more every day. My calorie count has dropped off dramatically because I'm too full of water to eat.

16 total carbs. So much better than yesterday. I went to the bbq for lunch yesterday. At dinner I was starving. I ate no carbs for the rest of the day. All day today I have not been hungry, and I unexpectedly fasted for most of the day. So I think I have stabilized back into keto pretty quickly.

Went to the barbecue today. Wasn't as bad as I feared, but still pretty ugly. 53 total carbs (estimated) all at once I'm sure I got knocked out of ketosis, but I was right back to it as soon as I got back home.

The leg pain is probably an electrolyte imbalance. Drink a PoweradeZero (no calories, no carbs) and it should help. I aim to drink a couple a week. It sometimes takes a couple of weeks with no going over 30 carbs to get into ketosis. I was amazed when I stopped feeling hungry. Stick with it, it will happen. Also make sure…

Ended up with 22 carbs, which is right on target. Can't wait until I've lost enough weight for my daily calorie goal to drop my carb goal to 20. However, I'm currently 47 under my fat goal and 16 over my protein goal. Unless I take a couple of shots of olive oil I'm going to be out of whack for today. Oh well, life…

I did a coffee. Not sure about fat bombs. Something tells me they could be quite triggering. If I continue to have low fat days I'll have to give them a shot.
