Knees are tough... best bet is to talk to your doctor too... it just depends on what type of pressure and movement bothers them! good luck

Just make sure you are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS warmed up. Even if it just means hopping on a bike, elliptical, or jogging in place for a few minutes. You dont want to stretch or train cold muscles. :)

Actually got the one for women a few weeks ago! LOVE that it explains why so many myths are false related to women and weight lifting. Its definitely a good book and seems like a decent program. My sister did a DVD when she crushed her ankle in a car accident. I dont remember what it was called- but it was something along the lines of Seated Aerobics. You may be able to find something cheap online along those lines. Good luck and heal quickly!

falx seeds for sure! I have eaten them all sorts of crazy ways that I never thought I would. They are good on salads not chopped up. My friend worked out and ate healthy all through her pregnancy. BUT she worked really closely with her doctor and a nutritionist because they wanted her to maintain during those 9 months not LOSE at all. Don't cut them out completely! Mix it up with classes and weights. Sometimes just one or the other on its own can get really boring and that increases the chances of not following through. Give yourself some variety! Congrats on your weight loss so far!

WHY NOT! Look at how many people wear a Little Black Dress. What I loved to do is wear my LBD and then pop it with a color of choice. I might wear red pumps and then a red purse and earrings. You get the pick. Have fun with it but ultimately wear what you feel the best in cause that is going to reflect the most! ENJOY!

Exactly! Just stay consistent with how and when you weigh in every week. The number in itself isn't so important as seeing what the difference is from the week before. Do measurements also- I measure about once a month. It keeps me motivated even when I am having a rough day on the scale. :)
