Best advice is to find friends on here and build a support network. I have been on for almost 3 weeks and that is what keeps me coming back! They support me, keep met accountable, and motivate me to keep going on the "hard" days!

I dont actually have a specific recipe, but we always use it as a side kind of like a rice replacement. One trick I did learn from someone who uses is all the time is get the white Qunioa and one of the other colors and make half of each and mix them. I did the couch to 5k on a treadmill until I got injured (unrelated to the treadmill or 5k training). There were definitely weeks when I wasn't ready to move on. I would just add an extra day or two of the same thing or sometimes I would do the full week a second time! Definitely a great program :)

I've only done the 30 day shred out of those! I think that when you can grab that one also so you have variety. The nice thing about 30ds is the entire workout (warmup, workout, and cooldown) is under 30 minutes.
