any nut butters (almond, peanut, etc), avocados, greek yogurt, using the following oils to cook (coconut oil, avocado oil)- they are higher in healthier fats so you dont need a lot but at least it will give you some extra calories and fuel for your body and still be very clean!

I just cut up a sweet potato. Put a little olive oil on them and then season with garlic and I also like to use cummin for a little bit of spice (not hot just flavor) it goes REALLY nicely with the sweetness of the potato. Then I toss them in to the oven and bake them... SOOO GOOD!!!
