I use Muscle Milk lowfat protein powder. It's a big expensive but it's the best tasting and most filling I've found so far. Best of luck to you!

I also use Blue Agave Nectar. It tastes similiar to honey and works great in teas, oatmeal, as a syrup and it's all natural!

hang in there! I've been trying to lose ONE lb since April.....i finally lost 2 lbs over the weekend. It's taken me months but finally things are moving! Don't lose hope!

I have Billy Blanks Tae Bo tape that I do with limited room in my basement. He really gives a great work out and is very enthusiastic.
