Kick boxing

I am wanting to do some kind of kick boxing dvd (like Tae Bo ) can someone recommend a good inexspensive one I can do at home with limited room

    I have Billy Blanks Tae Bo tape that I do with limited room in my basement. He really gives a great work out and is very enthusiastic.

    I agree, I also use Billy Blanks. I also use the 10 minute work out solutions for kick boxing too, very intense workouts with great results, all in 10 minutes at a time.

    Look on Youtube. There are tons of exercise videos there

    I love keli roberts. She has kick boxing boot camp and kick boxing for dummies. You can get them pretty cheap on amazon.com used.

    I know biggest loser sculpt has a section of kickboxing - they may have more in the bootcamp.....I like Billy Blanks too - you tube is a great idea - that would be free.

    You can also do the Kenpo from P90X that's kickboxing
