Are you strength training? Remember, when you do that and eat healthy, you may not lose pounds on the scale, but you will lose inches and start to look smaller. Basically, your pound of fat that you lost, is being replaced with a pound of muscle.

My cheat day is today. I don't plan on going overboard. I would still like to stay within my caloric goal. But there's something unmotivating about knowing you might blow your whole week for one cheat meal. It kinda makes me want to skip it altogether...but I know myself, I need a little indulgence here and there or I…

So I read that article, and now I'm scared to just even buy produce!!! It's true, farmer's markets or organic are the way to go.

Hi, I live in Irving, so I COMPLETELY understand the extreme heat here. Working out indoors is a MUST right now. I invested in P90X so that I can work out at my home. You can get plenty of workout dvds at walmart too, if you don't want to spend the money that beachbody charges. But, even though it's expensive, it is sooooo…

Also, if you want kind of a "quick fix", make sure you watch your salt intake. I know when I eat a lot of salt, I am so bloated the next day! I gain ALL my weight in my stomach, so that is the area I am most self-conscious about, so I understand. Low salt and ab exercises (because the stronger your abs are, the more you…

$50 a week is a very steep budget. BUT! it can be done. If you need vegetables on a daily basis, buy some fresh and some frozen. Frozen veggies will last a long time but with fresh veggies you'll find it is necessary to eat them sooner than later and therefore, you go through your veggie reserves quickly. Meat is an item…

OH MY GOSH. This. This is exactly how I approach it. After many attempts and fails with consistent working out, there comes a point where you have no choice but to say, "do it, there is NO reason not to". On the days where I'm real tired, I try to do as much as I can, it's always better than nothing. Also, it helps when if…

hahaha this is awesome!!! And he is most definitely WRONG. Women DO NOT bulk up, it's physiologically impossible to bulk up like a man....it's called, take a biology class. I have my degree in Biology, so I know a thing or two.

Is it worn on the wrist?

Thanks so much everybody! I did not know that about the water retention, man does that make sense, cause after my past 2 surgeries, I definitely felt bloated haha. This leads me to another question: Do you retain water after a workout? I ALWAYS feel bloated after a workout.

ooh! I love this question! I work in a doctor's office and the drug reps will bring all sorts of goodies for us, just today alone I avoided delicious Panera bagels with cream cheese and later on that day ICECREAM!!! with cones and everything! life is cruel haha
-
hahahaha that's a good one

YES! This.

I've tended to make excuses in the past so now, I just say, " Seriously dude, NO excuses. You're not gonna puss out this time, no being "too tired" or "hungry" or "insert any other excuse". " I've really just learned to tell myself, No, you WILL do it. so just get it done. and then the rest of your day is AMAZING
-
hahah this is awesome

So how does this work? Will we post our steps weekly and then you will add it to the spreadsheet?

Blue Bell IS amazing! I've always thought other states weren't so lucky as here (Texas) to have it...but then again...maybe they are haha
