I used to do 'special K bars' as treats...lol soon when i'm skinny i want the GOOD STUFF....i think ' hey i lost all this weight....i deserve it...'.....that never goes down too well.

lol....funny thing is... to get out of that 'cycle' i have to drastically change my life to working out full time and eating very very healthy. i've told my friends and family about my binges ....but when I want to do them....if they tell me off...I get pissed off and do it even more. this is funny lol. burnt '560 calories preparing food'........i usually have to run for 1.5 hrs for that. no fair.

my binges are horrible. I do them when I am alone, because I don't want my bf or my friends or my co-workers to judge me.... I would buy like a pack of chocolate chip cookies, 5-6 bars of chocolate....all polished in 30 mins. Binge eating disorder to the max!

I usually have the same pattern of weight gain: skinny --- > getting busy in life ---> stops working out ---- > starts eating crap ---->fat>x REPEAT

Exactly. Some days my chocolate binges were so bad...easily over 3500...maybe even double. Its quite disgusting honestly...I don't know how I'm not obese lol.

Sounds like me...... :( I think many of us have gained weight because of our lack of 'moderation'....I have an addictive personality...when I do something...I take it to the extreme. I'm so jealous of people who can JUST EAT 5 MNM's or ONE SCOOP of ICE CREAM :@ chips seem to be the other verdict in this thread, thankfully…

frustrating does not even start to describe it. at 24 I've experienced way too many drastic weight changes. I'm honestly tired. If someone offers me candy next time..I'm just going to say NO....

I can stay in my 'super healthy' phase when I avoid all junk, eat within 1400 calories...but when I'm back to being a size tiny I'm like...hey I can totally afford to eat a chocolate bar...which becomes 8...if not more. I've done turbofire last summer (didn't complete it) and lost **** loads of weight and gained muscle too!! Now back on it. I'm doing both turbofire and chalene extreem!!! I LOVE CHALENEEE SHES THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!!
