Today was one of the best feelings I have had in a very long time. Leaving the 200!! :D
I never thought it would feel this amazing! Can you relate?

    Yes I can!!! its an incredible feeling and something to feel so proud of! its the small victories that win the war!
    My next main goal is to get under 90kg! :)

    I went shopping today and actually had to buy smaller... not complaining!! lol

    Congratulations, The best feeling ever was dropping under 200lb.

    It only gets better too! The belts start to get too big, jeans come down without unfastening them, you slowly start to get more energy and for me the best thing was that (if I wanted to) I could go horse riding with my son because I wasn't too heavy for the horse!

    You walk with more confidence and people look at you differently, people used to look away when I caught them, now they smile, perhaps my attitude has changed towards myself which has caused this more than anything but I don't care.

    I am in a happy place and we all deserve to be there! Really well done, Next for me is 150lb club!
