The shock absorber is my favourite too(GG cup). I have had a few moving comforts that I've liked as well. Go somewhere where you can try a bunch on and jump up and down in the change room. Good luck !

Oh me too!! I just got engaged on Christmas day and 2012 was the year I seem to let everything slide! Oh! I started today as well. I'm not doing the cardio DVD in the evening it seems like it will get too repetitive. I just went for a long walk. Are you following the diet?

Great start everyone! I managed to get to the gym and do a quick upper body workout and a bit of a sprint routine. Felt much better -especially after some poor food choices. I just started sprinting this month and I started with 8 intervals of 20 sec on 10 off running at 8 on the treadmill. Then I upped it to 8.5 and gave…

Okay, not off to a great start. Spent my entire day helping out my brother with his job search (and of course that involved poor food choices!!) Not letting it get me down though. Drinking lots of water and going to do better tomorrow. Team 4!!!
