I am not dieting! I eat whatever I want in moderation and within my calorie goal.... Seems to be working well and is something I think I can truly sustain for the rest of my life!!!

So maybe start with trying to eat back about half of your exercise cals and see how you do!! That would be a good start.... If you do this then you essentially have eaten NOTHING for the day!!! You exercised off more than what you ate and left your body with NO cals to use for normal body functions like BREATHING!! This is NOT a good thing! Your net should = your goal!

If you are not hungry, but need to get closer to your goals, try a TB or 2 of Peanut butter.... High in cals and still good for you!!! I think it is better to get close to your goals everyday...

I Wish it worked even half that well for me!! It has never done much for me.... I can drink a whole bottle of the extra strength one and still feel nada! Even had a B12 shot at the DR and nada,..... :grumble: :frown: :cry:

Your welcome!! Also at the wieght you are already at, I would concentrate more on toning and less on weight loss... Taking it down another 20 might be alright, but toning is going to help you "look the way you want to look" a lot sooner than just losing will!
