You had about 150lbs of fat for your body to live on according to your tracker, so you can SAFELY, for a while, not eat exercise cals back. She is losing 10lbs, she does not have the safety net that you and I do!!!!!!! She can NOT live on negitive cals for long her body will shut down!!!!

Yeah DEAD if she listens to this!! If she burns EVERYTHING she eats by exercising and tries to keep that up she will be in the Hospital soon!!! Looking at your tracker you have more body fat to live on than she does!! She is only needing to lose a very small amount!

You do NOT want the NET to be 0 but the big blue number on you homepage should be close to 0 each day and you net number should be close to 1200, I think this is what normajean was trying to say, just used a wrong word.... Sorry the number is green not blue... says calories remaining

OK Hon, Im gonna give it to you simple... NO THIS IS NOT GOOD!!! If you are going to burn 1000 cals by exercising you need to eat AT LEAST 2200 cals a day so that your Net is AT LEAST 1200!!! PERIOD!!! If you were in a coma, doing NOTHING but the basics your body does all on its own, you need close to 1200 cals a day just…

I agree that you just have to find the one you like.... I HATE sweet n Low, don't realy care for Splenda or Stevia, and LOVE Equal.... It is all personal taste...

My baby sister was a power lifter in HS, so her legs were very thick, but all muscle... When some snarky little thing commented to her that she needed to lose weight in her thighs, she raised her skirt a bit tapped hard on her thigh and asked the girl what fat she was supposed to lose, since there was NO jiggle!! they left…

I just look at it this way... The more I exercise the more I get to eat!! A nice slow 30 min walk can get you about another 100 cals!! more if you step up the pace!!
