how many grams of fat a day do you think i should get? im 5'9 and about 125 to 130ish :/

thanks! ill check it out! my biggest problem is how much to eat as well as if im lifting enough, haha and I dont know if i should eat low fat diet or what haha its just all confusing

hey did you mainly go by overall calories on here? i always go over on fiber and sugar by some and wondering if i should just look at the calories, and the reason im asking you is because i notice what an amazing amount of weight you lost! great job :)
