Yes! I order online, and it's addicting! I'm still working through my Christmas stash.

You will probably lose very quickly in the beginning from water if you drop your calories, so if you lose 3-4 lbs in week 1, you may well average 2 lbs a week over the 5 weeks.

My daughter lost hers and Customer Service replaced it. It might be worth a try. They just asked her to send her receipt.

Do you have someone to run with? That really motivates me to show up. I also wimped out and bought a treadmill for those really nasty days.
-
And I forgot to mention that it syncs automatically with the Fitbit site.

I would just go by feel each day in the days leading up to the race. Sometimes I feel better when I can run a few easy miles each day to keep myself loose, but if you feel run down or weak, I'd rest. And it's fine to run with a cold, as long as it is in your head and not your chest.

I'm kind-of doing my own thing. Running is my main exercise, and I use these workouts for some strength training on the side. I've rotated through the program 3 times now. I don't do them according to schedule--usually I average 2-3x/week instead of 4, and I use running instead of the cardio workouts. I really like them,…

Bumping some more
-
I use mine on the treadmill every day with no trouble. Are you pushing the button to let it know that you are starting to exercise? Mine is right on for mileage.
-
Just bumping if anyone is interested. It's free and adds just that extra kick in the pants!

I'm starting 3 and 4 today. I did half of the program last summer and then re-started at the end of May. I mainly run, so these are a great way to add some core and strength training for me. I'm already feeling stronger in my upper body. How is it going for you this week?

Just found eatthismuch.com I signed up for a free trial.

This!

I'm starting again today. I had good results over the summer but got off track and didn't finish. I'm following my own eating plan, too.

Starting today, if you still want a buddy!
-
I totally agree! For me, 30 minutes is just not enough to see much results.
-
You are off to a great start! I'm just starting week 3 for the first time, but I'm already seeing results. I love this program!
-
I'm starting week 3 -- the scales haven't been that awesome, but I definitely notice more definition in my arms already, and my pants are looser. I'm going to tighten up my diet this week!
-
Two more weeks of phase 1 for me. I'm glad to hear good things about phase 2--I'll look forward to that!
-
That is awesome! It's nice to see hard work rewarded! :drinker:

Week 2, day 1 here. I'm noticing the arm movements are already getting easier, thank goodness! I'm with you on making the next 12 (11) weeks count! I refuse to sabotage myself!

Hi, and hang in there. I was sore during Week 1 last week, too. I think you were smart to listen to your body and skip the extra cardio if you are feeling run down...you don't want to burn yourself out already. Some nights I just walked my dog for my second workout. We are shocking our bodies, so they will be a little…

Nope---Happy Mommy = Happy Kids!

I did Body Revolution Cardio 1 for the first time. I do ok with the running type moves, but those arm circles and speed bag kill me--I've got quite a bit of jiggle on there to work off! Too bad the arm shaking isn't as sexy as the booty shaking!
-
Yay! I didn't realize there was another group with a similar thread. I'm so glad there are a lot of us sharing the joy/misery that is BR!

I think age is a factor, too. When I was younger I could lose several pounds a week, but now at almost 46, I'm working at the same intensity and happy to lose 1-2 lbs/week max.
-
Me too!

Day 2 for me--I'm feeling it! All of Jillians comments about how easy it is now and how much harder it's going to get are not very comforting! :noway:
