#1 thing to do....Don't Feel Guilty! You need your time too. I know I have felt like this too but you have to take care of yourself also. Yoga and bands are quiet. Ball exercises, kettlebells (full body workout that you will not be jumping around with). I am sure there are others. good luck...Don't give up!
