stayed same but not giving up. Oct 8 = 203 Oct 15 = 201 Oct 22 = 201 you are all doing great. I need to stay focused and not fall into seasonal depression. I will try to plan better this week.

7/14 = 196.4 7/21 = vaca = same 7/29 = vaca = same 8/8 = 194 8/13 = 193.2 DOWN 3.2 lbs for July/Aug. UGW = 130-140 Making weigh in day Wed as this is my original weigh in day. Approx 20 weeks left to go to NYE!!!

I finally broke the plateau! I am down 2.4 and am ready to continue on. My doc gave me some advice and I feel better. Hope to keep this going. LW: 196.4 CW: 194 Hoping to see a good chunk of me gone by New Year! Good luck everyone. :)

Have always wanted to get up early to do this but, just can't seem to do it. Not a morning person. Would love to get it out of way but, after a million failed attempts, I force it at night.

Pavel is a God. I have the book and it is a great book. For any females out there...Kettlebell Goddess by Andrea Du Cane. Awesome and she gives a whole .off version of different unlimited workouts with her DVD. She has trained under Pavel.

I stayed the same since beginning of this challenge, but, I was on vacation and I am just pleased with no gain from this. Every vacation it's usually a given that I gain. Happy with this. Still working on the loss part.. great job everyone!

Weighed myself yesterday: CW = 196.4. Going on vacation Sat (20th, for a week) so I am a little nervous starting before I go but, I will still give it a go! This shouldn't matter. Trying to change my way of thinking.

Hello everyone! I had started mfp back again in Jan. and regret to say I am back at weight from January. I was on a workout schedule and find I had no problem working out (had no problem), but more so fail with eating properly. I have fallen off the wagon recently, completely. Haven't been watching my eating or workingβ¦

Would love to do this. I am in another challenge to lose 30-40 for the year but, I can use all the help I can get and recently have been slacking off. I got off track with logging my food but, I plan on getting back on. I will be leaving the 20-27 for vacation and need to get myself re-energized to do this. This couldβ¦

I have a pair of short shorts that are purple camo print. Used to love them...Keep them on closet door hanging. Don't believe I will get back there...it was almost too small for me..idk...

I lost 1 lb. Went from 191.4 to 190.4. I will be going on vacation in two weeks and am worried things will go awry. Not going to worry about it though. Would love to drop 3-5 more before but, it's ok if I don't. Have a physical coming up and am curious what the doc may have to say...It is before my vacation so this mayβ¦
